YMCA Pavilion Project
At RCI Builders, we believe in building more than houses—we believe in building community. As part of our ongoing commitment to service and philanthropy, we were honored to partner with the Atlee Station YMCA to design and construct a new pavilion that will serve children, families, and neighbors for years to come.
Rooted in our HEART values—Humility, Efficiency, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork—this project was guided by a shared vision: to create a space that brings people together, fosters inclusion, and supports meaningful connection.
This project stands as a reminder that when we work with heart, we can build more than spaces—we can build stronger futures.
Operation Healing Forces
During the HBAR Homearama, RCI Builders received generous support from nearly all of our trade partners to benefit Operation Healing Forces, an organization that helps restore and strengthen the relationships of Special Operations Forces families impacted by the demands of service.
With their help, we were able to donate the sale of our Hickory Hill Homearama home to Operation Healing Forces. We are honored to support such a meaningful mission and grateful for the opportunity to give back to those who have given so much.
Homes for Our Troops
RCI Builders proudly partnered with Homes for Our Troops to build and donate a specially adapted, mortgage-free home for Sgt. James “JP” McGuire, a severely injured Iraq War veteran and Hanover County resident.
Working with HFOT and our local vendors, we constructed a fully accessible 3,700 sq. ft. home tailored to JP’s needs, empowering him to live independently and safely with his wife and children.
Giving back to those who’ve sacrificed so much is a privilege we hold close. We’re honored to have been part of such a life-changing project for a true American hero.
