RCI BUILDERS ON CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Model Information:
Our model doors are open at scheduled hours. You also have the opportunity to schedule a private tour of our models homes to maintain social distance. We are now offering virtual appointments for those choosing to stay home. Please see below for more information. We will continue to monitor the situation closely with the health and safety of the community as our top priority. Please note masks are optional for vaccinated persons upon entry to any RCI Model home or the RCI office.

We are taking COVID-19 seriously. Our team members will be practicing social distancing. We are professionally cleaning and disinfecting models twice a week. We do ask that you respect others and help reduce the spread by not visiting the model if you're experiencing any cold-like symptoms.

For the safety of our guests, private tours of our models will be limited to no more than 4 people at a time

RCI Builders stays on top of the latest technology, allowing you to explore our homes and plans without leaving your sofa. We have a large inventory of virtual tours, interactive tours, photo galleries, and high resolution floor plans available to you on our website.

To keep you safe during this time, we are introducing virtual appointments as an option for those choosing to stay home. On every community page, there is contact information to our Sales Agents where you can email, text, or call to set up a virtual meeting. In these meetings, our Agents will walk you through our models, move-in ready homes, communities, and lots; it will be like you were there in person, without the handshake. On Schedule:
We’re focused on the safety of our team members, customers, and the community. In light of that, we’re working remotely in situations possible for us to continue to do business and practice social distancing. We’re currently hitting our homebuilding schedules and plan to continue to do so as long as localities remain open, continue to hold inspections, process permits, and issue certificates of occupancy on time. At this point the counties and towns we work with are working hard to keep pace and create process that can be done remotely to keep us on schedule. We’re currently on schedule for closings.
